eSYNCer provides two types of webcare service. One via our Twitter account and one via Whatsapp. It works very simple. Add our Whatsapp service number to the contacts of your phone and send in a short and brief message in which you can state your issue or question. During opening hours we will try two answer in 2 - 4 hours
The quickest way to get a straight and helpfull answer is to send us a brief notice of your issue or question. Also mention your name, alternative phone number and emailaddress so we can contact you as soon as possible to be at help. Do not send multiple messages when an answer is not send directly. Be patient.
